Tension with management.... I really disappointed with the management.... They just do what they want... They didn't think about the other staff... they give a chance and intention to the staff that they like...
what will happen to the other staff...The staff that work hard never get the chance to get the opportunity in the company...They not a sycophants... They don't know how to hypocrite... They do the work that they have to do...
It very unfair to the person who work hand and they didn't get anything...
Who is know how to sycophants they will take advantage on it... I very unfair if the management allow their staff acting like that...
Just be a sycophants and hypocrite in front of the boss and get the chance to up the grade...
Get a high bonus every year....
Its very unfair...
